Nhằm hỗ trợ Giáo sư Phạm Minh Hoàng đang bị nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam tước quốc tịch một các trái pháp luật và trục xuất khỏi Việt Nam, chúng tôi xin kêu gọi mọi người cùng lên tiếng, gửi thư đến Tổng Thống Pháp Emmanuel Macron. Nội dung lá thư nhằm yêu cầu chính phủ Pháp KHÔNG hợp tác với nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam trong hành động trái pháp luật này.
Thực hiện việc gửi thư bằng cách:

Dear President Macron,
I am writing to share my concerns regarding the case of Pham Minh Hoang, a renowned blogger and former university lecturer living in Vietnam. Professor Hoang previously studied and worked in France for a period of time before returning to his homeland to teach. His writings on social issues, the environment and education led to an unjust 17-month prison sentence by the Vietnamese authorities in 2010.
Earlier this month, the Vietnamese government informed the French Consulate of their decision to strip Pham Minh Hoang of his Vietnamese citizenship, which could lead to his forcible expulsion. If Professor Hoang were to be expelled, he would be separated from his wife and young daughter, and unable to take care of his disabled older brother. This would be an inhumane act and also a grave violation of human rights.
The Vietnamese authorities reportedly want to expel Pham Minh Hoang to France. I urge the French government to refuse cooperation with the Vietnamese government as Pham Minh Hoang has clearly indicated his wish to remain in his country of birth. I trust that France will refuse to facilitate the Hanoi regime’s brazen disregard for human rights and decency.

Je vous écris pour vous faire part de mes préoccupations concernant le cas de Pham Minh Hoang, un blogueur renommé et ancien conférencier universitaire vivant au Vietnam. Le professeur Hoang a étudié et travaillé en France durant de longues années avant de retourner dans sa patrie pour enseigner. Ses écrits sur les questions sociales, l'environnement et l'éducation ont conduit à une peine injuste de prison de 17 mois par les autorités vietnamiennes en 2010.
Plus tôt ce mois-ci, le gouvernement vietnamien a informé le consulat de France de leur décision de retirer à M. Pham Minh Hoang sa citoyenneté vietnamienne, ce qui pourrait conduire à son expulsion forcée. Si le professeur Hoang devait être extradé, il serait séparé de sa femme et de sa jeune fille et ne pourrait plus s'occuper de son frère aîné invalide de guerre. Cela constituera un acte inhumain et aussi une grave violation des droits de l'homme.
Les autorités vietnamiennes veulent expulser Pham Minh Hoang vers la France. Je demande instamment au gouvernement français de refuser de coopérer avec le gouvernement vietnamien, car Pham Minh Hoang a clairement indiqué son souhait de rester dans son pays de naissance. J’ai confiance dans le fait que la France ne facilitera pas les actions de Hanoi contraires aux droits de l'homme et à la décence.

Tôi xin bày tỏ sự quan tâm về trường hợp ông Phạm Minh Hoàng, một blogger và một cựu giảng viên Đại Học đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam. Giáo sư Hoàng đã từng theo học và làm việc tại Pháp trước khi về lại quê quán của ông để giảng dạy đại học. Những bài viết của ông về các vấn đề xã hội, môi trường và giáo dục đã khiến ông bị cầm tù một cách phi lý với bản án 17 tháng tù bởi nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam vào năm 2010.
Vào đầu tháng này, nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam đã thông báo đến lãnh sự quán Pháp việc họ quyết định tước quốc tịch Việt Nam đối với ông Phạm Minh Hoàng, một quyết định có thể dẫn đến việc trục xuất khỏi Việt Nam. Nếu giáo sư Hoàng bị trục xuất, ông sẽ bị sống tách ly khỏi vợ con, và không thể tiếp tục chăm sóc cho người anh tật nguyền hiện nay. Đây là hành động vô cùng phi nhân đạo và vi phạm trầm trọng quyền con người.
Chính quyền Việt Nam được biết sẽ tiến hành việc trục xuất ông Phạm Minh Hoàng đến Pháp. Tôi yêu cầu chính phủ Pháp hãy từ chối hợp tác với nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam vì ông Phạm Minh Hoàng đã minh định được sinh sống trên mãnh đất nơi ông đã sinh ra.
Tôi mong mỏi chính phủ Pháp sẽ từ chối hợp tác và không là công cụ cho hành động ngang nhiên coi thường nhân quyền và đạo lý này của nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội.
